Murals conquer Kraków!
Day by day on walls, stores, blocks there are more and more expressive pictures. They occur especially in districts and neighborhoods that are associated with the gray, communist past. These paintings accustom a space anew, add color, and sometimes tell stories…

 Jaremy 15 street, Mural which is dedicated to tMaria Jarema, one of the Polish painters and sculptors.

 

One the wall of Galeria Krakowska there is a mural called „Lem's Krakow apartment”
Lem was a Polish writer of science fiction. 

 

In Azory there you can find a mural which is dedicated to the Cursed Soldiers, who 
were related to  the anti-communist and partisan movement.
