We offer you a special combination of a two-week intensive course of the Polish language,
an interesting cultural programme and accommodation in private houses.

Intensive courses are designed for people who want to achieve the best possible results in a very short time. Groups consist of people coming from various countries, therefore the teacher as well as the students use Polish in class, even at the beginner level and the emphasis is on communication skills in everyday situations.
For every level there is a special didactic programme designed together with teaching aids.

A two-week course of Polish takes place from Monday to Friday. Every lesson begins with a revision of the material covered in the previous lessons, then, new material is introduced and discussed. Various interactions (pair work, group work, discussions, presentations, games) facilitate the learning processes. 

Student groups are based on language proficiency, which is determined at the start of the course on the basis of a test and a conversation with the teacher (this only applies to students already having some knowledge of Polish).

The teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching Polish as a foreign language. They improve their skills by attending regular methodology training sessions.

The number of lesson units depends on the number of students in the group:

• more than 5 students in the group: 20 lessons a week (4 lessons a day)
• from 3 to 4 students in the group: 15 lessons a week (3 lessons a day)
• 1  - 2 students in the group - 10 lessons a week (2 lessons a day)

On average, there are 5-6 people in a group (4 lessons daily). If you want you can observe lessons of the groups on a similar level to yours before or after your class. If you are highly motivated and have time our teacher can provide you with extra homework and will devote additional time to discuss your progress with you. As you can see you can learn Polish as intensively as you want. Our teachers will make sure you notice your progress even after 2 weeks.

It is important to remember you pick up the language not only in the lessons but also participating in our cultural programme. During our meetings, trips and theme workshops we use Polish as much as possible, because we know for sure that expressions learnt in a fun and relaxed atmosphere will be remembered better.

Our cultural programme is a combination of learning, enjoyment and sightseeing (Polish in pubs, by bike, in museums). This active way of using language enables you to practise newly acquired vocabulary in everyday situations and learn more about Polish culture.

An intensive monthly course allows you to learn the basics of Polish or deepen your knowledge of the language. It is designed in the way that enables you to acquire the material covered in a standard semester course in just one month.  In the course, there are three Polish lessons held each day, developing all language skills with the emphasis on speaking.
