Our conditions 1. Conditions for Intensive-Sommer-Courses
Age
The course participants must be over the age of eighteen years old.
Fees
The fees for the course include: tuition, materials, course completion certificate, accommodation in a twin room for the duration of the course, one day trip, city sightseeing and a visit to the Jewish section of the city with the guide - entrance tickets, welcome and farewell parties, competent care.
The price does not include: travel expenses, meals, insurance, bank fees.
Payment
Having applied, the participants are required to pay an instalment of 150 Euro into our bank account either in Poland or in Germany:

The remaining sum can be transferred into our accounts or paid in Krakow on the first day of the course.
All bank fees are to be met by course participants.
Having paid the instalment the students will receive final confirmation of their participation in the course.
If VARIA S. C. Centrum Jezyka Polskiego cancels the course, the participants will be reimbursed the money paid. Students who are late, leave the lessons early, or are absent for any reasons are unentitled to a refund.
If anyone behaves in a way that obstructs the lessons, s/he will be expelled at the management`s discretion. In such cases, no money will be returned.
Accommodation changes can be arranged only in well-founded and justifiable cases.
Resignation
The instalment payable before the course commences is non-refundable. This is so due to the administrative costs.
If a participant announces his/her resignation two weeks before the beginning of the course, s/he can postpone their attendance to a later date or offer the vacant place to a colleague. In such a case, s/he will not bear any costs connected with resigning from the course.
In the case of resignation just after the course has begun the participant forfeits the total amount and all extra payments.
Insurance
Before coming to Poland, a participant should obtain travel and health insurance that is valid abroad.
Libility
Should there be any complaints against VARIA S.C. for damages, the management are accountable only for the sum of money already paid by the participant.
Our partnership can not be held responsible for thefts, accidents, or any unpleasant incidents that may take place in the language school, the accomodation, or in any other place.
Lessons units
The number of the lesson units depends on the number of students in the group:
- from 7 to 8 students in the group: 25 lessons a week (5 lessons a day)
- from 4 to 6 students in the group: 20 lessons a week (4 lessons a day)
- 3 students in the group: 15 lessons a week (3 lessons a day)
- 2 students in the group - 10 lessons a week (two lessons a day)
- 1 student - 5 lessons a week (one lesson a day)
One lesson unit equals forty five minutes.
2. Conditions for Semester courses
Fees
The fees for the course include: lessons, tuition materials, course completion certificate.
Payment
Having applied, the participants are required to pay eighter the total amount for the course or the first instalment (the amount depands of the kind of the course - see under "Prices") in cash or as a transfer into our bank account:
