You can chat with us before classes; we are at the school from early morning. We can talk about anything—getting to know people is our specialty. And if your throat gets a little dry from constantly speaking Polish, we offer unlimited amounts of coffee and tea. Cakes (especially the homemade ones) are also not uncommon.

After classes, we encourage you to participate in one of the Polish language workshops, grab a cup of coffee together with your classmates, or take a stroll around the neighborhood. The one-year Polish language course also means Polish culture.

Our one-year Polish language course consists of three semester courses and one intensive course. The total of 250 hours:

• The intensive group course lasts three weeks, with classes five times a week, each consisting of four lessons.
• The semester group course includes classes twice a week, each lasting two hours.

When you enroll in the one-year Polish language course, we will determine the order of the courses with you. You can start with the three-week intensive course or take it at the final stage of your learning. The choice is yours!

Additionally, you will receive three individual Polish language lessons for free, which you can use at any time during the course.

Our program also includes elements of Polish culture: you will participate in conversational classes, workshops, and integration meetings.

During each Polish language course, you will master one language level. We ensure continuity of courses at all levels of education, from beginner (A1) to the exam for the Polish language certificate at level B.

You can enroll in the course at any time, even if you don’t speak any Polish and are interested in the one-year Polish language course for beginners.

At the Polish Language Center Varia, we offer the opportunity to legalize your stay in Poland by participating in a one-year Polish language and culture course. At Varia, you will receive the necessary documents to legally study the Polish language. Our annual program is designed for individuals applying for a visa or residence card in Poland.

How to enroll in the one-year course and obtain the necessary documents?

1. We encourage you to first contact the appropriate consulate to find out how many hours of study are required to obtain a visa.
2. Please fill out the application form.
3.  If a different number of lessons is required for residence legalization or if additional formalities need to be fulfilled, please mention this in the notes section of your application.
4. Next, you should make the payment to the provided bank account. After receiving the full payment, Varia Polish Language Center will issue a CERTIFICATE confirming participation in the one-year Polish language and culture course. The documents will be sent to the address you provided. If you require priority or courier shipping, the cost will be covered by the participant of the PROGRAM.

If you are denied a visa or residence card, we guarantee you the option to withdraw from the one-year Polish course and receive a refund of the fees paid.

To receive a refund, you are obligated to:

• Within 10 business days inform the Varia school via email at info@kurspolskiego.pl about receiving a denial for the issuance of a visa or residence card.
• Send a scanned copy of the visa or residence card denial decision received from the appropriate authority (consulate or foreign affairs office).

How will you receive a refund for the one-year Polish language course?

• If you have not yet started the one-year Polish course, the refund amount will be reduced by an administrative fee of 440 PLN (100 Euro).
• If you are already attending Polish language lessons, the refund amount will be reduced by the administrative fee, the cost of any textbooks received, and the fee for the lessons attended.
• You will receive the refund to the specified bank account within 7 business days.
• Payments received in Euro will be refunded in Euro or PLN to the specified bank account within 7 business days.
• Bank fees are to be covered by the course participant.

Purchasing the one-year Polish language course obligates you to participate in the course during the period specified in the certificate. If you do not begin your studies within this timeframe, you will not be able to request a refund of the fees paid.

Varia Polish Language Center Sp. z o. o. certifies that Mr./Ms. …………………. , born on … / … / …, holding passport no. ………………… valid until …. / …. / …. , has enrolled in the ONE-YEAR  POLISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSE.

Specifications of the ONE-YEAR POLISH LANGUAGE COURSE:

The participant confirms having read the regulations of the ONE-YEAR POLISH LANGUAGE COURSE available on the website www.kurspolskiego.pl and at the school’s office.

The temporary residence card in Poland allows for legal residence in our country and travel abroad with the possibility of returning. Many students, who are learning Polish at Varia, successfully utilize their residence permits in Poland.

The Office for Foreigners meticulously analyzes all applications, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the list of required documents and prepare them before your visit to the office:

• A confirmation of enrollment in the ONE-YEAR POLISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSE at Varia.
• A schedule of Polish language lessons, available on your student account in Varius, our administrative system.
• A completed application form.
• Passport photographs.
• A completed application form.
• A copy of your passport.
• Confirmation of your residence registration or address in Poland.
• Proof of health insurance.
• Evidence of sufficient funds for living in Poland (bank statement).

The Office for Foreigners may verify your class attendance. Regular study will guarantee quick learning progress and fulfill your official obligations.
